For A Better Inspection Scope

If quality problems are found within 7 days after the new product is received, the company will be responsible for the shipping fee and replace the product ( with quality problems) according to customer requirements. The replacement can only be carried out in the same model and the same brand. Be aware, the replacement product must meet the following requirements, otherwise, it will only be repaired.
1.There is no trace of man-made damage to the packaging, product, and appearance of the product.
2.The packaging accessories are complete (including the accessories such as the manual and the shell packaging suitcase).
 
 
Time of Used: More 7 days and less than a year

1.If there is a problem with the product, the customer is obligated to fill out the“Defects Form” and sends it to the maintenance service center. The company is responsible for free inspection and will provide “Defects Report & Response”.
2.If the product is operated by the instruction of the handbook and appears no trace of man-made damage, the product will enjoy the service within the warranty period. Customers do not need to pay any maintenance fees and material costs. In addition, the product will be sent back free of charge.
 
Time of Used: More than a year

1.After the warranty period has expired, the malfunction product will only be tested and verified by the company’s technical service personnel and confirmed that it cannot be repaired or has no parts replaced.
2.The malfunction product that customers wish to repair will be check by the company’s authorized professional and technical personnel to confirmed if the damages part have a spared part in the manufacturing department. The customer will be responsible for  paying the repair and testing fee as listed by the company, and any additional costs ( including but not limited to, value-added tax, customs fee, shipping fee).
